Frederick Frank has over 50 years of experienced in investment banking services to companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare service providers, medical device and nutraceutical industries, and has been involved in hundreds of financings and merger and acquisition transactions in the health care field. Before joining Lehman Brothers as a Partner in October, 1969, Mr. Frank was co-director of research, as well as Vice President and Director, of Smith, Barney & Co. Inc. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of The New York Society of Security Analysts and a past president of the Chemical Processing Industry Analysts.
